Reserve caviar by KILO is a more developed expression of the house, produced in small quantities from American white sturgeon with larger pearls and a more pronounced pop. Its natural hue ranges from olive green to deep forest with subtle golden highlights. Structured and layered, it brings greater depth with a rich umami core and a restrained nutty close.
